An Award from my sister!!

If many of you haven't figured it out, Rural Maine Life, Kathleen, is my sister!! How lucky am I! She presented me with this award and believe me I'm the one who is lucky to have her in my life. We are 12 years apart,, so when I was 7 she was 19 and out of the house. But as time when by and we both got older,we became closer and closer.

She has always been there for me,, when my first child , Jessica, was born,,she actually got in an accident trying to get to the hospital to see her first niece!! When I got divorced from Jessica's dad, she let my daughter and I live with her till I was able to get to another place. Actually she let me live with her a few times in my life.. she never said no to me... she always helped me out, has been a GREAT, WONDERFUL aunt to my two children, and when my mom passed away, almost 7 years ago..she became even more important. I love my sister very much. I wish we lived closer and were able to visit more. I miss yard saling with her,,having coffee, and going shopping. Believe me when I say,," I have the best sister in the world"!! I mean it!! .. So Kath, thanks for this award, but believe me.. I'm the one who is lucky to have you!!!.......See you Saturday!!!

Well, I have been contemplating about my job lately. I work for a Health Center, aka, Dr.'s office, and am trying to decide if it's time for a change. There has been a lot going on and I'm not sure what I should do at this point in my life.
I use to really love going to work.. lately it's been a challenge. So I'm asking for prayers from all of you to have the Lord guide me to a decision that is right for me, my family and God.

Thank you ahead of time.... blessings to you all.

A Night at the Theater

My husband and I spent a night at the local Professional theater in Lewiston. The play was "The 13th of Paris". It was a wonderful play about love, finding it and keeping it. We laughed, and cried and in the end could relate to how each character saw love. We each see it very differently, some of us (me) are all about romantic love..others, (my husband) are all about that stable, secure, never doubting love. No matter how we see it, Love is special, enduring, lasting, and a living thing.... you need to water it, feed it, re-pot sometimes, and prune once in a while.. but it is a growing , changing, living thing.... feed you love today... oh, and Lady Caroline was ready to head out the door too.. I told her not tonight,,,,tonight is for lovers!!
