Vacation

Well, I know I just went back to work, but my husband and I already had booked a vacation. So, I'll be away for about a week and will return on the 4th of July! So hope you all have a great week ahead. Please pray for sunshine! I'll catch up when I return,,,,,,have a good weekend!

Reconstructing a Denim Jacket

Well, I'm really not a seamstress, but I have a good gene pool. My aunt Grace was a wonderful seamstress. She sewed for the all prominant people in my hometown of Fitchburg, Massachusetts. She could whip something up in no time. Well, I had this jacket and thought it needed some color. Not quite done, but one sleeve is and I really like how it came out.

Remember, I hate patterns and just have to ponder the design and the way to sew for many hours and then go for it. I hope to finish the other side by Friday. I'll let you know if it happens. Take care and see you all soon.
